Text messaging terms

Program description

Beeline Orthodontics offers a text messaging program consisting of (a) notifications and appointment reminders, including appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, and other communications relating to your care and account, and (b) marketing and promotional messages, including occasional special offers, promotions, new services, events, and practice updates. Marketing and promotional messages require separate consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving treatment or services.

Consent

Consent may be collected through the Site's contact form or through any other solution we may use to gather consent, such as a practice management system or online forms tool. Messages may be sent from the solutions described above. By opting in, you represent that you are the owner or an authorized user of the telephone number provided and that you are at least 18 years of age or the parent or legal guardian of the patient.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. Reply HELP for help. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You may re-subscribe at any time by opting in again. You may also contact us at (704) 912-5234.

Privacy

Information collected in connection with the text messaging program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
